Everything you need to create your character is organized here for your convenience. It is your one-stop shop for your characters.

After your character has been accepted, be sure to come make your claims. We do not accept reserves on anything but canons. Requests posted before acceptance will be deleted.

If your character has been accepted, you will find your application in this board. Congratulations! It will be locked, and you may not edit it. If it has been moved to this board, you are free to make your claims.

Pre-set sub-plots will be posted here. If you are interested in a Canon Character, be sure to check if they are involved in a sub-plot. You may also suggest your own sub-plots. Or just create a plot request thread. All of it is to help you get your character rolling.

With such a large student body, the Hogwarts castle would be remissed if it were not built with a few rooms capable of accommodating everyone at once.

Being a school, Hogwarts must obviously have rooms in which to teach its students, and as a result, each professor has their own classroom, supplied with everything they might need for their respective subjects.

A place of learning needs more than the classrooms. And seeing as the Hogwarts students live their, they need yet a few more accommodations still.

The highest towers of Hogwarts look down even on the tallest trees in the forbidden forest. The view from the top is incredible, though not suggested for those who are afraid of heights.

It's common knowledge that Hogwarts has it's fair share of secrets. But knowing what they are puts you in a whole other league. How well do you know your way around the castle?

The land surrounding Hogwarts castle can be as exciting as what lies within the walls. And from the Quidditch Pitch to the Forbidden Forest, students have free reign.

Every Hogwarts Professor has their own office to decorate and make their own. Many of them are filled with gadgets and trinkets reflective of the subject each professor teaches.

Represented by a lion and decked in scarlet and gold, students sorted into the house of Gryffindor possess the courage and chivalry appreciated most by their founder, Godric.

- The Ground Floor -
Represented by a badger and decked in yellow and black, students sorted into the house of Hufflepuff possess the loyalty and heart appreciated most by their founder, Helga.

- The West Tower -
Represented by an eagle and decked in blue and bronze, students sorted into the house of Ravenclaw possess the wit and intelligence appreciated most by their founder, Rowena.

- The Dungeons -
Represented by a serpent and decked in emerald and silver, students sorted into the house of Slytherin possess the cunning and ambitiousness appreciated most by their founder, Salazar.

The mecca of British Wizarding Law, the Ministry of Magic is hidden very near to the center of Muggle London. It is accessible by both Floo Powder, and a magically altered Muggle Phone Booth.

Saint Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries is also hidden within Muggle London, though it appears to muggles just to be the shopfront of a store that's gone out of business.

Diagon Alley is the most popular location in Wizarding Britain to do a bit of shopping. Just before the school year starts at Hogwarts a boom in business erupts, filling the narrow main street almost past maximum occupancy.

Branching off of Diagon Alley, Knockturn Alley attracts a much darker crowd. It is famously rumored to harbor shops of a deviant nature that sell, covert or otherwise, items strongly tied to the dark arts.

Hogsmeade is the largest entirely-wizarding village in Great Britain. On special weekends, the students of Hogwarts are allowed daytrips to go down and meander through the shops...as long as they're above the second year and have their permission slip signed.
